Theodore Christakis is Professor of International Law at the University Grenoble Alpes and a member of the Institut Universitaire de France. He is a Member of the French National Digital Council and a Senior Fellow with the Cross-Border Data Forum. He is the Director of the Center for International Security and European Studies, Deputy Director of the Grenoble Alpes Data Institute and Chair on the ‘Legal and Regulatory Implications of Artificial Intelligence’ within the Multidisciplinary Institute in Artificial Intelligence (Grenoble Alpes). As an international expert he has advised Governments, International Organisations and the private sector on issues concerning international law, cyber security law and data protection.
